All of our items are dispatched FREE of charge to our customers who reside in the majority of mainland UK Addresses.

Other postcodes may attract a delivery fee to offset the higher postage rates such as the Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, etc, if in any doubt please contact us prior to ordering.

We will endeavour to dispatch your item as soon as possible and within two working days if the item is in stock. Such items as Corsets where a size not held in current stock is ordered, a lead delivery time of 4 - 6 weeks should be allowed as these items are made to order. All enquiries are more than welcome.

All purchases are discreetly and well packaged, carry no company logos or advertising on the outside to show the contents or where the package has originated from.

For the majority of our deliveries we use Royal Mail First Class signed for, or fully tracked/signed for services to ensure you get your parcels as soon as practically possible. Our other courier of choice due to the size and weight of some orders is DPD, where a day/date and one hour time slot for delivery is given.
